Advantage of subjecting yourself for Early Pregnant Scans
Pregnancy brings happiness to any woman. Once you know that you are pregnant the next step is to go for an early Pregnancy Scans. When you subject yourself for this scan, you will come to know a lot of information. These scans are painless and could be conducted in most clinics.
These pregnancy scans are able to provide information on the heart beat of your baby and also if you are having multiple pregnancies. If you have any bleeding the causes could be found with a scan. Also, you will come to know the baby's gender depending on the time you get your scan done.
These scans allow the sonographer to examine the different organs of your baby to determine if there are any defects in them. A scan also will allow the examination to check if you have ectopic pregnancy. In short, you could come back from the clinic after knowing everything about your baby.
Yesterday i under gone scan , it was predicted pregnancy of 5 weeks, but my lost mensural period is around 2 months.
so there is some diffrence in dates, my doctor suggested one more scan after 15 days. Is more number of ultra sound scan is safe in early pregnancy for my baby
I am 4 weeks 5 days pregnant, last year i had 3 miscarriages one after another the last one was twins one in tube one in womb lost both dec 08,now i never had a problem getting a early scan my doctor has always sorted this for me,anyway i cant get to see my doctor till the 17th april so i rang surgery today and explained wat has happened in past and the locum doctor has refused to phone the hospital and arrange scan for me even though i have had problems in the past,he said it wont change wat happens in this pregnancy, and cause i got no symptoms then the hospital wont do a scan, but i know they will has they have before.I am really pissed off (soz for swearing) if he had read my notes then he would have seen wat has happened, anyway he told me to see my own doctor and sort it out, wats the point of having a locum doctor if they wont do anything and tell you to see ure own doctor, sorry for the rant but cant help but be worried, has anyone else had this problem, and to top it all i have a thumbdown stalker on here lol.thanx and baby dust to everyone.
Ethel my doctor is kind but she is also doing her job, i know a scan does not change anything but i would like to know if my baby is where it should be and i dont think there anything wrong with wanting to know that.

I am super anxious and we are thinking about having an early pregnancy scan privately. Has anyone had one and if so at what gestation? Do you recommend it. There is no reason I want to have one other than to check that everything is ok. Or should I just relax and trust that everything is ok. What do yo think? xx
I have had two ct scans and one xray on my abdomen in the past 4 weeks for kidney stones. I just found out today that I am pregnant. I would have conceived in early to mid October. Is there a large chance I will miscarry or it will be deformed?
