Bye” As soon she heard the line go dead she threw her iphone into the Bongo Purse she got last Christmas and walked downstairs to eat. “ Gomez a low fat blueberry watermelon shake please” she ran down the stairs and walked into the bathroom “perfect” she said modeling her new Bright blue DNKNY tunic, Black leggings and of course some ballet flats. ”Gomez shake please” Catharine walked into the kitchen grabbed her shake and walked to the door ”Honey wait” Catharine’s father Mr. Gregory said as he walked from his office “ honey can you please come to my office so we can talk” Catharine looked away and rolled her eyes and turned back and said “okay” Catharine followed her dad to his office
“Sit right here” he said gesturing her to sit down.
“Okay daddy, but can we make this quick I have to get to school soon” Catharine said as she looked at the clock.
“ Honey you know how the guesthouse has been having some remodeling done”
“Yeah” Catharine said turning back to the clock
“ Well” Mr. Gregory said hesitant “ Well my college friend Jason Harrison just moved from New York to around here and needs somewhere to stay until he finds a real house”
“Okay, some guy moving into the guesthouse” Catharine said still staring at the clock
“No honey bun a family of four. There’s Jason, his wife Carla, there son Ken and their daughter who I believe is your age Vanessa”
For once in ten minutes Catharine actually turned from the clock and to her dad “what, my age, four people, two kids”
“Yes honey bun and Vanessa is going to start to your school. Starting tomorrow. Lastly where taking them out to dinner tonight so be prepared to get change and leave for dinner when you get home. Okay”
“Uh sure” Catharine said as stood up and walked out the office crashing into the wall “see later daddy”. Catharine walked outside waving to her mother who staring out backdoor window. ”Isaac ready” Catharine said as she climbed to into their hummer limo. She took her iphone out of her purse and sent a message to all three of her friends.
