Pianos and Occasions where they are Being Used
If you are a music lover, you have seen a piano being played. If you have played this musical instrument which is being played with keys, you are aware of the pleasant musical notes it could produce. pianos are often expensive and are not portable. But these limitations do not affect their popularity.
If you look at the way a piano works, you will find that when a key is pressed a hammer covered with felt hits a steel string and returns to its original position in order to allow the wire to vibrate. The vibrating wire will produce the sound that is amplified through a sound board.
It is an instrument that is often used in solo recitals of music. There are occasions when a piano is being used for ensembles also. It is often used for many different kinds of musical recitals such as jazz and classical music. But it is used for many other types of music.
these are some of the suggestions other people have arrive up with and when they discover the first a single it will be attached to a gift with riddle #2 and so on so forth.. any concepts appreciated.

When I am by yourself I really toss things, or kick things, or punch things, scream. Then randomly, for no obvious reason, I will just burst out in tears and have total break downs. At Times I will go from being really happy, then an individual will say one thing that should not have even offended me, I will start crying or get genuinely mad.
I find that sometimes I chat genuinely fast, a whole lot of the time people will say “Slow down, I can’t recognize what you are saying”.

I get headaches, or strain in my head. And often just random pains.
I pull my hair sometimes, I don’t know why.
When I was little I threw horrid temper tantrums, kicking, screaming, biting. I used to scare my Fantastic Uncle off, we would be using a walk – me, my parents, grandparents, ect.- and I would begin screaming and he would really go home. That’s what my Mother told me anyway.
I utilized to bite people a lot, and sometimes, like I stated I can be violent. I like to tear things, cut things, essentially ruin issues – just objects though.
What do you think? Am I bipolar? I will not feel I would be able to go to a medical doctor due to the fact my mother and father never just take something I say literally. If I informed my Mom that I believe I have bipolar disorder, she would just laugh and notify me that I didn’t. Rely On me I converse from experience.

I am carrying out gcse audio and we have to create an essay on environment music. Some of it is my own, but some is copied. How can i set it into my personal words?
Every nation has its individual variations and we can learn a good deal from listening to other people’s work. So – Indian, Cuban, Mexican, African, French, Japanese – do you have any preferred planet audio styles?
The goal of this essay is to explore an facet of planet music, therefore; I have picked to focus on African music. To get started with, Africa is a quite large and diverse continent with numerous musical designs and cultures throughout its various countries and regions. The influence of black African audio is widespread. It came more than to The United States with the African slaves and blended with the folk audio of the European settlers to produce new designs of new music this kind of as the blues and gospel.
One of the well identified African drums is the West African djembe (pronounced zhem-bay). It looks to be formed like a big goblet and played with bare hands. The physique is carved from a hollowed trunk and is coated in goat skin. Additionally, conversing drums imitate the rhythms and intonations of speech. They are double-headed and belong to the family of hourglass-shaped strain drums, and are played with a beater. The drums can be used to imitate speech patterns or as signals to make announcements or warnings. The pitch of the notice is changed by squeezing or letting go of the drum’s strings with the arm.
In drum ensembles, many diverse rhythms are played at the very same time and the rhythm designs interlock and overlap to type polyrhythmic designs and thrilling cross-rhythms. A cross-rhythm is the result developed when two conflicting rhythms are heard together. Polyrhythm however, is when two or far more rhythms with diverse pulses are heard together, e.g. where one particular drum is playing in triple time and one more is enjoying in quadruple time, three in opposition to four. Moreover, West African drumming often makes use of a timeline. A timeline is a quick repeated rhythm which is frequently played by a one or double bell, e.g. the gonkogui, a ambigu bell with a high note and a low note. The function of the timeline is to hold the piece together.
String instruments include different sorts of lute, harp and zither. One of the most well-known instruments is the kora – a long-necked African harp with several strings. The kora is often used to accompany songs of worship. A Lot Of kora players perform complicated melodies at excellent speed.
Two well-known melodic instruments are the balafon and the mbira (thumb piano). The balafon is a West African xylophone – it is a pitched percussion instrument with bars manufactured from logs or bamboo. The thumb piano is named due to the fact the thumbs perform a collection of wooden or metal tongues.
Wind instruments incorporate three distinct types: flutes (often manufactured out of bamboo), horns and trumpets, and reed pipes. Other instruments incorporate rattles, shakers, gongs and rasps.
In Africa, songs are sung for each and every occasion, including: childhood lullabies and plays, birthdays, marriages and funerals, religious, political and tribal occasions. For example, the voices of Ladysmith Black Mambazo, married South African musical traditions to the seems and sentiments of Christian gospel music.
African songs are generally accompanied and unaccompanied solos, duets and choruses. Unaccompanied choruses are an case in point of a cappella singing. Songs are typically either strophic (split up into verses) or are in call-and-response form. In call-and-response form, the leader sings a line (the call) and is answered by a chorus (the response). The chorus generally stays the identical whilst the soloist improvises. There is often overlapping among the leader and the chorus. The chorus part is usually homophonic (in block chords).

1) please only answer if you read the whole thing, I tried my best to explain my background and what I’m looking for
2) To audiophiles particularly those headphone experience:
I’m looking to put some more quality into my daily audio intake. I currently use a pair of Skullcandy ink’d buds and have done so for the past 3 yrs, and I understand this is probably making many in the community cringe, but for the the price and convenience (they’re available at my campus store) it’s all I could manage, and I appreciate their bass and noise isolation. However, recently my 4th pair broke, just as the last 3 did, where the connection broke at the jack’s stress relief area (ironic no?), and I have finally decided to invest in a quality pair of headphones. Two of my friends have Monster Beats by Dre over ear headphones and I have used them on several occasions, I enjoyed their clarity and punchy bass as well the comfortable cups. But I found with extended listening that the bass was a getting a little painful for my ears and also they leaked a bit a of noise, which I’m not used to with the in-ear skullcandys (on several occasions I was asked to turn my music down in quiet areas, aka library) and also I don’t like the need for batteries and don’t care for the noise canceling technology. So what I’m looking for ideally is a pair of headphones that have clarity across all ranges, with the bass mainly being clear but not overwhelming. I understand what I ask for is vague by many standards but all I ask are for recommendations on some over ear headphones, a pair that 1 has good build quality and should last daily use 2 mainly has clear sound, not too worried about volume 3 not leak too much noise, as many suggestions as you have experience with and links if possible for purchasing
also if there are recommendations for some quality in ear headphones meeting the same criteria, links to them would be appreciated as well, and many thanks for reading and answering
ps I listen to mainly techno/electronica, and also classical and piano pieces

Outside a pharmacy in a busy street, a poor man is clutching onto a pole for dear life, not breathing, not moving, not twitching a muscle, just standing there, frozen.
The pharmacist, seeing this strange sight in front of his shop, goes up to his assistant and asks, “What’s the matter with that guy? Wasn’t he in here earlier?”
Assistant replies, “Yes he was. He had the most terrible cough and none of my prescriptions seemed to help.”
Pharmacist says, “He seems to be fine now.”
Assistant replies, “Sure, he does. I gave him a box of the strongest laxatives on the market. Now he won’t dare cough!”

A new business was opening and one of the owner’s friends wanted to send flowers for the occasion. They arrived at the new business site and the owner read the card; it said “Rest in Peace”.
The owner was angry and called the florist to complain. This is a description of me, I tried to list as many features as I could think of without putting down the obvious stuff.
My sleeping pattern is constantly changing, sometimes I’ll go to bed at 6pm and wake up at 2am, sometimes i go to bed at 9am and wake up at 5pm, sometimes it’s normal.
Whenever i go to a restaurant i feel the urge to get all the knifes, forks and spoons and start balancing them on each other.
The volume control on anything i use is always set to a multiple of 5.
I’m not a particularly ‘clean’ person, just normal really, although my bedroom floor is below average. But even though everything i own is scattered everywhere, I know exactly where everything is.
I train my dog to be able to do things it would probably be better if he didn’t know, such as how to open the door (none the less this is still awesome for a dog).
I like maths, although I don’t remember the terminology well. Even though I do maths at university. I still do other random subjects such as learning C++ or Japanese or learning to draw in my spare time and I set myself very optimistic goals with these, then give up just when i’m starting to get good and come back to it a year later and dabble every now and then. I learnt to play piano when i was young, and gave up after about a year, but i still dabble in it now, i also did the same with guitar and drums but i played drums in a band for about 3 years and during this time i improved rapidly. When I create things, my first attempt is usually rubbish and takes quite a while even though i try to incorporate every technique i know at the time, then my second attempt is awesome, but i do everything extremely specifically and it takes me a very long time and i don’t finish a lot of the time, then my third attempt and those after are usually done at an average pace with quality almost equal to that of the second but by this time i’ve given up and things don’t get finished because I only dabble.
I intend to be a maths teacher, because of my experience with this, my public speaking confidence has rapidly increased over the last year and a half.
When i’m typing i constantly write down (changed from ‘from’) the wrong word, but i always stop when (‘what’) i finish a sentence to check everything is right and fix it.
I avoid taking any kind of drugs (but not so much alcohol) except medication and recently i’ve started to avoid the sweetener aspartame.
I’m 6″0′ and weigh at most 9 st 11, yet i eat probably over 3000 kcals per day sometimes. I also excercise extremely little.
I have friends, and even though I’m sure they like me (right now) I still get insecure about whether they do for the slightest things. Some will get me random presents both on and off occasion (usually a girl if off), even though i’ve never gotten them anything but I do really appreciate this. They consider me to be a quiet person and sometimes i think i’m better off being quiet. I’m always cheerful, and I never get angry at anything.
I haven’t had a girlfriend before (i’m 19), I’ve no idea what the reason for this is (I’m pretty confident in my looks). There’s a girl I like right now, but she got a boyfriend (who not many people like really) just about the time i realised i like her and even though we still spend a lot of time alone together, she hasn’t done anything about it for the last year and a bit. This is getting a bit frustrating and i’m starting to get bored.. I think.
There have been girls who have liked me before, but examples include one who was over 2 years older and didn’t even know how old i was and another before, one who i had no feelings for at all, and now, years after she’s over me, i’m starting to like her slightly.
I get very confused about what I like in a girl, but i would say ‘cute’ is the common factor, although that doesn’t mean much.
I don’t like sand at all, it’s coarse, it sticks to you, it gets in your cloths and you have to put up with it the whole time till you get home and have a shower.
I construct elaborate plans if there’s something i want, start them a little, then don’t continue just out of laziness, especially if there’s a high probability of failure.
I’m extremely good at managing my money, I’ve no idea how I do it to be honest, but I manage to go to university without any loans (only the standard grant), go out for meals 1-5 times per week, have days out at theme parks and see at least half the films that get released in the cinema, buy expensive things like a new pc, graphics tablet and a parrot, I’ve only got a bit above minimum wage weekend job and I don’t get money from my parents.
My grandad died a few months ago, this i the first person i’ve known who has died yet i was completely unaffected in anyway, i liked him and knew him quite well, but i just show no reaction to things like this. I also did the same thing when my parents got a divorce the day after my birthday, no reaction.
I don’t like deleting things from my pc in case I want them again, althou
..(continued)
I don’t like deleting things from my pc in case I want them again, although I rarely do, so I make sure I have plently of space, currently 3TB, 50% is used
so far.
I sometimes make things physics or science related and have a play with them in the garden (I caused an explosion not too long ago by accident which was
extremely loud, but no complaints so it’s ok).
Whenever I leave the house I go through a list of things i have in my head and consider whether I need them. “Keys, phone, money, iPod, tape measure (take
it anyway), school bag, additional/specific clothing, etc.”
I keep the boxes for everything I own, they take up probably half the space in my room, but I’m not getting rid of them. This doesn’t include disposable
things.
I like riddles and puzzles, but not ones that can have mulptile answers.
When I found out I was starting to get a little short sighted, I started staring into long distances whenever possible and now my eyesight is fine again.
sorry about the format
